Principles of Lean Manufacturing Workshops

We offer both public and private workshops on the principles of lean manufacturing. In a live simulation our experts will guide you through the transition from a traditional to a lean manufacturing environment eliminating waste and increasing productivity, thus enabling you to gain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

$300/ pp (includes breakfast and lunch)

Funding is available
Any for profit small business wishing to participate in the New Mexico MEP Lean Concepts Training, may utilize funding through the New Mexico Small Business Assistance Program with Sandia National Laboratories. Please contact us to verify eligibility.

Time
Registration and breakfast begin at 7:30 a.m. Workshop starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends by 5:00 p.m.
Casual attire is appropriate.
